Voice Dial works by hitting an access code which activates the computer-generated operator, named Emma. Emma says Talk to me -At this point a cellular customer is able to speak a name that is stored in their phone book or may dial a number by speaking the digits. The nice thing for the customer is that once they enter the system through the access code no more dialing is needed on your cellular phone. This system is being installed by Preferred Voice a leading voice recognition technology company from Dallas.
