Children's Book Week at the Pigeon District Library

Reading is a Super Power!

May 3-9

Children's Book Week is a week-long celebration of children's books. It had its start in 1919 and is primarily celebrated in school, libraries, and bookstores. The Pigeon District Library will be celebrating this event, by giving out a special item each day of the week, Monday-Saturday, as a special thank you to the children for using the library to increase their superpowers in reading. Bookmarks, stampers, wrist bands, draw your own comic book, drawing sheets, and stickers could be the items to collect during Children's Book Week. Remember-Reading is a Superpower!
